Do I need a subscription to use the cloud management features?
No. All management features, including the Aruba Instant On mobile app and cloud-based web portal, are included in the purchase price with zero licensing or subscription fees.
Can I manage this switch without using the cloud?
Yes. You can choose to manage the switch through a local web GUI if you prefer on-premise control without an internet connection.
How do I perform a factory reset?
Locate the small reset button hole on the bottom right of the switch front. Insert a paperclip and hold the button until all port LEDs turn green.
How many devices can this switch power?
The switch has a 370W total PoE budget. It supports Class 4 PoE (PoE+), delivering up to 30W per port. You can power a mix of devices (e.g., WiFi 6 APs, PTZ cameras) as long as the total draw does not exceed 370W.
Are the SFP+ ports only for 10Gbps speeds?
The 4 dedicated SFP+ slots are dual-speed, supporting both 1GbE (SFP) and 10GbE (SFP+) fiber transceivers for flexible uplink options.
