La série Gen 7 TZ est hautement évolutive, avec une densité de ports élevée allant jusqu'à 10 ports. Elle dispose d'un stockage intégré et extensible jusqu'à 256 Go, qui permet diverses fonctionnalités, notamment la journalisation, la création de rapports, la mise en cache, la sauvegarde du micrologiciel et bien plus encore. Une deuxième alimentation en option offre une redondance supplémentaire en cas de panne sur certains modèles.
